Patient Feedback
Mercy Hospital Mount Lawley values feedback from patients.
Your recovery and well being is our utmost concern.
Patient Feedback
At any time during your stay, should you experience problems with your recovery or the level of service provided do not hesitate to discuss this with the nursing staff who will take action to ensure your stay is comfortable.
You will find a Patient Comment Form in your bedside compendium. We invite you to complete this and hand it to your Ward Clerk on discharge. Following discharge, you may also be asked to complete a “Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey”. This is managed by an independent body and confidentiality is assured.
Your will also be invited to comment on your meal service with your daily menu. Your feedback will enable us to continue to maintain a high quality service.
We sincerely welcome your comments and suggestions. If you feel that we can improve the quality of care we provide, please let us know. If you would prefer to contact the Director of Nursing Services about any aspect of your care, please telephone (08) 9370 9290.
Consumer Advisory
Mercy Hospital Mount Lawley has an established Consumer Advisory Committee to further increase community representation into the Hospital’s services and quality improvement activities. It includes volunteers who are community representatives, previous patients of the Hospital, some staff members, and discusses many aspects of the care cycle.
